What is included with admission?
Access to three cool events at Carlye’s big bash — with drinks and food (snacks and/or meals) at each — a commemorative event badge, cool keepsakes, a gift bag and more!!!!!!
Why do I have to book with this travel agent to attend?
Walt Disney World requires guests book hotel rooms on property as part of our event approval.
MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel are not just hosts and sponsors of Amuse-A-Palooza — they're also subsidizing the cost of our event. By doing so, we’re able to keep costs as low as possible for attendees. Because of this generous participation, we're asking guests to book their required rooms directly with them.
Booking with MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel does not cost any extra money and there are no additional fees. Their agents will simply handle the details and leave you more time to enjoy looking forward to your trip!
I’m local to Orlando. Do I have to book a hotel room to attend?
Yes. As per Disney World event policy, at this time, all event guests are required to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel booked through MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel to attend.
Can I stay off-property at a different hotel or Airbnb?
Due to Disney event policies, all Amuse-A-Palooza attendees are required to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel booked through MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel to attend.
I’m a Marriott person! can I stay at the Swan & dolphin?
Sure can! Just make sure your room is booked through MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel in order to be able to attend Amuse-A-Palooza.
Help, I’m shy! Will this event be overwhelming for me?
Not if I do my job well!! (Hi, it’s Carlye!) We’re going to do our BEST to make sure this opportunity is inclusive and FUN for all involved.
I know traveling to Florida solo can feel ~kinda wild~, but I assure you, you are not alone! Before you even arrive, you will be familiar with everyone who is attending. There will be official (and unofficial!) activities, and we’ve even got some (non corporate-awkward) ice breakers planned to make kicking off conversations with new Disney friends that much easier!
It is my goal to have the best time with all of you, but it is my dream that you all have the best time with each other, and that mentality is guiding everything we're planning ◡̈
I need specific accommodations in order to attend. Is that OK?
Yes!!!!! Please fill out our registration form and mention it in the “Anything else we should know?” section! Our entire event staff — Carlye included! — will make sure we’re prepared for your arrival! ALSO -- if this website is difficult for you to read, please find a text-only version HERE.
Can I bring my child with me?
Of course! But if you wanna tell your family that kids aren’t allowed so you get a couple days to yourself…that’s cool too 😂 And if you need me to convince your spouse, boss or family that you need a few days at Disney World for yourself, I'm happy to do it!!
Will my child require admission?
As per Walt Disney World event policies, kids under 3 may attend for free, while any child age 3 and up will be required to pay the full attendance fee.
I’d love to go, but I’m traveling solo on a budget. Can I share a room with someone?
Sure! Please fill out our registration form and mention it in the “Anything else we should know?” section. We will do our best to introduce you to another attendee who is traveling solo and coordinate booking to split cost between each guest.
Please note, however, that we cannot complete your Amuse-A-Palooza registration until both parties are ready to book. (And, while we don't anticipate anything going sideways, Carlye, MEI-Travel and Mouse Fan Travel cannot be liable for any issues stemming from pairing up attendees.)
Which days will I need theme park access?
You will need admission to EPCOT on February 7 for our event, but we highly recommend multi-day theme park admission for unofficial park gatherings and hangs with fellow attendees outside the times of organized events!
I have a question about Amuse-A-Palooza that I don’t see the answer to!
No problem! Please fill out our registration form and submit any questions in the “Anything else we should know?” section!
